In the heart of Fitzrovia, London, lies a remarkable block of twenty-seven flats, each nestled within the historic homes of Thomas Cubitt. Our team crafted bespoke kitchens for every flat and developed a highly technical office design, all while overseeing the meticulous restoration of antique plasterwork and period fixtures. Yet it was the creative journey through the common spaces that truly set this project apart

The soul of the building was brought alive through the imaginative design of bespoke wallpapers—our playful nod to the Georgian era’s fascination with trompe l’œil finishes and the restrained elegance of period colour palettes. Each entrance hall became a canvas, with wallpapers tailored to their unique dimensions, ensuring that every wall told its own story.

As you wander down the halls, a sense of delight unfolds. Iron fences, artfully illustrated, frame scenes of wild gardens and conjure the atmosphere of a private residential square. This garden-inspired fantasy isn’t just a decorative flourish; it infuses the space with a spirit of play and wonder, sparking joy in all who pass through.

It was this whimsical touch—a garden —that truly transformed the everyday into the extraordinary. Clients and tenants alike were utterly enchanted, proving once more that a dash of imagination can make a house—or a block of flats—a home to remember.
